This lamp looks gorgeous hanging in my dining room. Nobody would guess I paid only $99 for it. I've seen similar chandeliers that cost at least twice as much. Assembly is straight forward and easy, although some of the beads were not connected together so it did take about half an hour to sort, count, and hang the strands of clear beads. I had an electrician setup it (Which cost me more than the chandelier itself, by the way!) so I can't say how easy or difficult installation is. I only gave it four stars because the assembled light doesn't look exactly like the picture. The looped strings of beads shown hanging from the base are not included. You only get sufficient for the strands hanging from the top of the chandelier. The chandelier looks gorgeous without it but the buyer should be aware of the discrepancy. Also, they do not contribute a part to attach the round crystal ball at the very bottom. I had to originate a makeshift for hanging. Even with all that,I would recommend this chandelier.
